• Course access is granted only after full payment

• Access is non-transferable and for individual use only

• Sharing login details, materials, or recordings is strictly prohibited

Intellectual Property

• All course content, videos, notes, and materials are the intellectual property of Oxford English Classes

• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale will result in legal action

Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain respectful behavior toward trainers and staff

• Any abusive, disruptive, or unethical behavior can lead to termination without refund

Class Schedule

• Class timings may change due to operational reasons

• Oxford English Classes reserves the right to modify curriculum or trainers when necessary

Limitation of Liability

Oxford English Classes is not responsible for:

• Missed sessions due to student negligence

• Technical issues on the student’s end

• External factors beyond our control

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated — without refund.
